Computers
STAR accepts donated computers and subsequently reformats, updates and gives them to program graduates who have met certain requirements. Not only does this gift allow the graduates to practice their skills after program completion, but it also gives their family access to a computer, most likely for the first time.

Money
The STAR Foundation is supported through the generosity of community individuals and businesses. We ask that you be counted among those who care about the growth of our community and the quality of life for the people who live here. Every person should have the opportunity to experience the pride that comes from being a productive, working member of our society. We believe this pride gives a person dignity and is a move towards breaking the cycle of poverty and crime within any community.

Professional Clothing
What would you wear to a job interview? That is exactly the type of clothing we are looking for our students: Gently used women’s professional clothing. Your fabulous suits and other professional apparel could furnish another woman with the confidence to enter or return to the workplace, make a great first impression and land a job that could change her life. Plus-size women’s clothing (size 14 and larger) is typically the most requested type

The majority of clothing purchased in the United States is for women and, therefore, the amount of used clothing available for reuse, recycling or disposal is women’s clothing. So, don’t “dress up” the landfills; donate your usable women’s clothing to someone in need today!
